The "Pro-Family Health Standard for Minnesota," a.k.a., "The Pro-Family Rule"

Our "Pro-Family Health Rule" combats the warped agenda of MDE head-on, much of which, by the academic literature from which it is sourced, is designed to destroy binary heteronormativity and concepts of traditional man-and-wife coupling oriented around raising a family; this is, of course, a direct attack on centuries of First Amendment protection of such religious beliefs.

We have based an example of a Pro-Family Health Rule from the minimal shell that the Agency has proposed as all they need put under public scrutiny. We have red-lined changes as you can see below.

The next Document down is an explanation and justification of the Pro-Family Rule, and how it seeks to prescribe healthy family education as well as prohibit the attacks on the family that are distrupting Minnesota youth development and student and family wellness.
